Next week is the big test, have yet to study a whole lot, due to work being super busy, and me just putting things off like I normally do. We in the class had our run through practice test, Multiple Choice, Written, and Tasting scored in the 70% range so not to shabby, but definitely need to improve and do some studying.
I plan on taking a break from WSET for the time being, and need to contemplate doing the diploma program 2.5years and 10grand is a pretty big decision. Since I am not currently working in a wine environment it kind of makes it hard to justify going through.

Mmmm I do enjoy my Bubbly, its what makes me fancy! That being said I find too much yeasty/autolytic flavours just too bleh, The Pol Roger is that style I do not like too over powering not Delicate and balanced. I enjoy Blanc de Blanc champagnes really. Good Crements of Alsace, Burgundy and Loire Valley, and of course BC Sparkling from Blue Mountain

Well I am not too Far behind as I thought for posting.So that good. The bad news tho is we did Canada blind and the wines were not that exciting. But! But! Conc: good, dont think age will change the palate too much I think there is Potential, just need more age on the vines we shall see. Also seems a little closed on the palate would of liked to decant this wine too(86 pts.)
